Certifications for products and raw materials enhance supply chain pathways supported by recognised standards, which attest compliance with specific requirements relating to areas such as traceability, material origin, animal welfare and recycled fibre content, according to the criteria defined by each individual scheme.

AUTHENTICO RWS GRS WOOLMARK

OUR CERTIFICATIONS

AUTHENTICO

The Authentico certification, established by the Schneider Group, is a voluntary ethical code to ensure maximum transparency in the entire production process, directly connecting farmers with the rest of the wool supply chain.

Animal welfare, which is not subject to mulesing, and respect for the five fundamental animal freedoms established by the Royal Society for the Preservation od Cruelty to Animals, are also guaranteed.

RWS

RWS (Responsible Wool Standard) は、飢餓や喉の渇き、不快感、痛み、傷、病気、恐怖、そして苦痛からの開放など、動物たちの基本的な自由を尊重した中で飼育されていることを証明する自発的な基準です。こうすることで、その土地の管理に前向きに取り組む牧場と責任を持って世話を受けた羊から採取された羊毛であることが保証されるのです。

A pathway that contributes to documenting the criteria and practices adopted throughout the different stages involved in the creation of Guabello fabrics.

SA8000 ISO 14001 ZDHC

OUR CERTIFICATIONS

SA 8000

It is the main standard of social certification that measures social benefits in nine important areas for social responsibility in the workplace. Among the most important are:

- Respect for human rights
- Respect for labour rights
- Action against child labour
- Health and safety at work.

ZDHC

Guabello has joined the program ZDHC – Roadmap to zero, an international program for the best management of chemical inputs, which aims to ensure safer products, cleaner water and fresh air, with the aim of:

- Eliminate or replace hazardous chemicals
- Develop effective tools and best practices to improve chemical resource management

As part of the evolution of its production processes, Guabello pays particular attention to the management of specific environmental aspects.

This approach is applied across different areas of intervention, including the management of energy and water resources and the control of chemicals used during production processes.

国際的なサステナビリティ基準に従って糸と生地を生産することは、当然の選択です。将来に向けた取り組みにおいて認定を取得することで、自然で、100％追跡可能な製品が作られ、可能な限り化学物質を使用しない、さらには一切これを使わない繊維ができるのです。実際、厳格な毒性および環境規制、特に生物多様性と動植物の生態系、そして人と地球の健康に配慮し、石鹸や化学薬品などの物質の使用を 90％削減することに成功しました。
